you're in a crowded place. you turn around and see your partner. you haven’t spoken in a very long time, but you trusted each other once. now, seeing one another again, you can’t help but relive that time.

the last time is a 2-player rpg where you use a deck of cards to tell the story of a reunion. you take turns sharing memories and reflecting on what they mean to each of you. it's inspired by the song "nothing can kill us" by k.flay, and it was written for the record collection 2022 game jam.
